‘Candidate” means any candidate, interested person, or Client employee or board member, who is considered, evaluated, assessed, coached and/or developed by Deren&Partners in connection with the Services.

”Client” means any organization or company who is the buyer of our Services.

Personal Information We Collect

We collect various categories of Personal Information related with the Services we provide. If you submit an inquiry via online form or email to our website, we collect your contact details (name, email address, phone number etc.) or other Personal Information contained in your correspondence, including information shared in a résumé, or CV such as your biographical data, work history, demographic details, educational credentials, diplomas and certificates. If you receive or participate in our executive search or leadership consulting services as a ‘Candidate’, we collect your name, title, professional and personal contact information, compensation, professional objectives, memberships, your educational background, work history, and other qualifications, language skills, job performance, reputation, responses to interview questions, which we collect from you and/or third-party sources such as online searches and professional contacts.

If you are a client or potential client, we collect your name, contact details, title or position, products or services requested, or other information that you provide via phone or email correspondence.

Indirect Data Collection and Cookies

Log Files

All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. Deren&Partners reserves the right to change or amend Privacy Policy from time to time as permitted by applicable law. Any new policy will automatically be effective when it is published on the website.
